The Company will provide our service for you to access accommodation booking & other travel related packages that are offered by our participating partners and/or service providers.. You agree that by making a reservation through our service, you will enter into a direct, legally binding contract.

You will only use this service to enquire and make legitimate reservations for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. You agree that all information supplied by you by using our service is true, accurate, current and complete.

The Company is not responsible nor liable for any false information and/or omissions by you and/or any third party services provided to you.

PERSONAL DATA, PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

We are committed to protecting your privacy by constantly reviewing our systems and data to ensure the best possible service. You are invited to read our Privacy Policy in order to understand how your personal data is collected and processed on our service.

Notwithstanding the above, you consent to any personal information we may obtain about you being collected, stored, and otherwise processed.

THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS

All bookings and reservations for accommodation and other travel-related packages shall be arranged by third-party service providers and not by the Company. Any agreements for accommodation or other travel-related packages shall be an agreement between you and the respective third-party service provider.

The Company is not responsible for any liability of the third-party service provider which may arise in the course of providing their service to you.

TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of connection with these Terms.

CHANGES & ENFORCEABILITY OF TERMS

If one or more of the provisions of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect by a court of competent jurisdiction, then the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms shall be unaffected.

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, the Company shall try to provide at least 30-day notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at the Company's sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you shall stop using the service.
